YOu are an independent business contractor, how does that work in the dental industry?
I have been working as an independent contractor for 16 years and have partnered with Dentavision, Kohler, Troll, Anthos and many more companies to ensure a holistic and seemless experience for you all. Â
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Normal orders are processed within an hour of receiving them. Orders processed before 9.30am will potentially make the morning truck. Orders processed before 3 will make the afternoon truck. Â
Orders for a surgery set up will be done in advance and times will be coordinated with you personally.Â
are you a freight free company?
Most of your consumable ordering will be freight free. Being an independent contractor, I have partnered with many companies and special orders may incur a freight charge, however you will be notified at the time.
Property investment how does this relate?
I have had a personal interest in property investment and obtained my Real Estate Licence nearly 3 years ago. I’m also an accredited ASPIRE Property Investment Advisor. I can assist your property portfolio and perhaps offer alternatives you havent had time to investigate yet. I have dealt with dental professionals in regards to property investment and trusted within this industry.    Â
WHat payment methods do you offer?
On application account terms are available. EFT and credit card are acceptable forms of payment
what is your credit REturns policy?
Credits are accepted within a 30 day term unopened and in saleable condition.  If it is a product that can be onsold we are happy to return the item and once product is onsold you will then receive the credit.

We are very fortunate to have connections with the most knowledgeable, intelligent and cultivated professionals within this industry. You will be 100% supported and nurtured.  Â
